And yes, I'm still bummed about this...
A sad day, indeed. I can relate to the "heartbreak" from when I had to get rid of my '60 Corvette just before the Army got me way back when. Traded it straight across for a '53 Buick that my wife sold for $75.00 just after I went overseas. If only I'd known then what little I know now about "old" cars."
